ANDRITZ Advances HYPER Technology Integration in Pulp and Paper Industry

ANDRITZ, a Finland-based leading global supplier of systems, equipment, and services for the pulp and paper industry, is making significant progress in integrating the innovative HYPER technology into the industry. The HYPER technology enables the on-site manufacturing of hydrogen peroxide, allowing pulp mills to increase environmental efficiency and utilize renewable excess energy.

The company has achieved several key milestones in the integration process

  • A modern state-of-the-art pulp mill concept has been defined, including basic design and balance. 
  • Interconnections between the HYPER and the pulp mill have been identified, and 
  • A preliminary technical report has been developed and reviewed and is expected to be submitted in July. The report will be updated regularly to reflect the project’s progress.
